Experience:

  • Esthetician/Cosmetology or Lash Extensions: Less than one year of professional experience or none required.
  • Social Media Management: Proven experience in developing strategies, creating content, and managing social media platforms.
  • Additional Skills: Strong communication, organizational skills, and a passion for the beauty industry.

Local State Compliance:

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for brand promotion.

Brand Promotion:

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively promote a brand across various social media platforms.
  • Skilled in creating engaging content and driving brand awareness through social media.

Content Management:

  • Experience with social media tools and analytics to track performance and optimize strategies.
  • Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and coordinate content schedules.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact professionally and effectively with clients, team members, and followers.

Contractual Conflicts:

  • Cannot be under contract with any other lash brand(s) or similar competitors while partnering with Rapture Lashes, Extensions, and/or Rapture Enterprise.

Exclusivity Agreement:

  • Must commit to promoting only the Rapture Extensions brand, adhering to brand guidelines and marketing strategies without endorsing competing products or services.

Conflict of Interest:

  • Must avoid any activities or associations that could be perceived as a conflict of interest with the Rapture brand.

Confidentiality:

  • Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and business practices related to Rapture Lashes, Extensions, and Rapture Enterprise.

Adherence to Brand Guidelines:

  • Must follow specific brand guidelines and policies set by Rapture to ensure consistent and aligned brand messaging across all social media channels.
