To book an appointment, all clients must first complete a pre-screen consultation. Once approved, you’ll gain access to our full booking calendar. Bookings can be made through our website using Acuity Scheduling.

Do I need a pre-screen consultation before booking?

Yes, all new clients must complete a pre-screen consultation before booking their first service. This ensures that our specialists can assess your needs and recommend the best treatment for you.

What is the cancellation & rescheduling policy?

Per our terms, cancellations and rescheduling require at least 48 hours’ notice. Any changes made within this window will result in a non-refundable deposit being forfeited.

How do I check or manage my booking?

Log into your Service Dashboard to view, reschedule, or cancel your upcoming appointments. You will also receive email reminders with appointment details.

What should I do if I’m late for my appointment?

We allow a 10-minute grace period. If you arrive beyond this, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and a late fee may apply.

Are refunds available for services?

All sales are final. However, if an issue arises, we encourage clients to reach out within 24 hours for a potential adjustment or correction.

What are the aftercare instructions for my extensions?

For best results:

  • Avoid water, heat, or excessive touching for the first 24-48 hours.
  • Follow our recommended care products for maintenance.
  • Schedule regular touch-ups or fill-ins as necessary.

What if I have an allergic reaction?

We recommend booking a patch test before your full service. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a professional. We are not liable for reactions, but we will assist in removal if necessary.

Can I book if I’ve had previous damage from another provider?

Yes, but a consultation is required to assess the condition of your lashes or hair before proceeding with a new service/treatment.

Do you offer mobile VIP services?

Yes! We provide VIP mobile services for clients who prefer on-location beauty treatments. Additional fees apply based on distance and service type.

Can I request a specific technician or instructor?

Aftercare & Maintenance

How do I care for my lash extensions?

Avoid water, steam, and heavy products for the first 24-48 hours. Clean lashes daily with an oil-free cleanser and brush them gently with a spoolie. You can purchase a At-Home Kit to conduct these tasks efficiently.

What products should I use for hair extensions?

We recommend sulfate-free shampoos and conditioners to maintain longevity. Deep conditioning is encouraged for curly and wavy textures. Explore our YouTube or Aftercare Instructions page for more details.

Can I swim or work out with my extensions?

Yes, but avoid excessive exposure to chlorine, saltwater, or sweat. Rinse your lashes or hair extensions afterward to maintain integrity.
