Overview

These are the standard service policies and procedures for all Rapture Extensions Professionals (REPros). While these terms apply universally across our services, individual REPros may adjust certain conditions based on their specific techniques, locations, or service offerings. Please consult directly with your REPro for any personalized guidelines.

Lash Extensions

1. Client Consent & Consultation

  • All new clients must review and sign a consent form prior to receiving services.
  • A brief consultation will be conducted before each appointment to discuss your desired look and evaluate lash, hair, and scalp health. 

Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete this process.

2. Pre-Appointment Guidelines

  • Arrive with a clean face and lashes, free from makeup, oils, and caffeine.
  • Avoid eye makeup (mascara, eyeliner, etc.) before your lash appointment. Failure to adhere will result in a cleaning fee, and time spent removing makeup will reduce your lash application time.
  • Do not curl your lashes prior to your appointment; they should be in their natural state.

3. Booking Policies

  • All appointments must be booked at least 2 days in advance and up to 2 weeks ahead.
  • For special occasions (weddings, holidays, photoshoots), please email us at info@raptureextensions.com.

Salon & Location Policies:

  • Rapture Extensions partners with various salons and suites. Availability may vary based on location hours.
  • For appointments outside salon hours, consider booking at our RE Salon locations or opt for our Mobile/Travel services.

After-Hours & Squeeze-In Appointments:

  • Appointments outside regular hours will incur an additional $100 fee.

4. Payment & Deposit Policies

  • A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • Remaining balances must be paid in CASH unless otherwise specified. Some RE LashPros accept CASH ONLY.
  • PayPal users: DO NOT use e-checks. These will not be accepted as deposits.

5. No-Show & Cancellation Policies

  • No-shows will be billed the full appointment amount.
  • Clients with a history of no-shows will be required to prepay for future appointments.
  • Cancellations must be made via telephone or email. Text cancellations are not accepted.

Cancellation Fees:

  • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the service price.
  • Mobile/Travel appointments canceled within 5 days of the service will be charged 100% of the service fee.

6. Late Policy

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure full service time.
  • Arrivals later than 20 minutes will be considered late and may result in rescheduling or cancellation at our discretion, with applicable fees.

7. Infills & Maintenance

  • Clients must have at least 50% of their extensions intact from the previous appointment for a refill. Less than 40%will be charged as a full set.
  • Rapture Extensions LashPros do not apply extensions over work done by other artists. A removal service and full set booking will be required.
  • Self-removal of lashes is not recommended; please book a professional removal service.

8. Guest Policy

  • No additional guests or children are allowed during appointments. This is to maintain a calm, distraction-free environment.
  • Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation.

Hair Extensions

1. Client Consent & Consultation

  • Avoid using heavy oils, conditioners, or styling products before your appointment.
  • Hair that is not properly prepared may incur a cleaning fee and reduce styling time.

  • All appointments must be booked at least 2 days in advance and up to 2 weeks ahead.

7. Touch - Ups & Maintenance

  • Clients should maintain proper care as instructed by their stylist to prolong the lifespan of their extensions.
  • Extensions applied by other stylists will require removal and full reinstallation at an additional fee.
  • Follow-up appointments for tightening or adjustments should be scheduled within the recommended timeframe.

8. Guest Policy

  • No additional guests or children are allowed during appointments. This is to maintain a calm, distraction-free environment.
  • Failure to comply will result in appointment cancellation.

Training / Classes

1. Booking Policy

  • Training sessions must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
  • For private or custom training inquiries, email us at training@raptureextensions.com.

2. Payment & Deposit Policies

  • A valid credit card or deposit is required to secure your appointment.
  • All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE.
  • Remaining balances must be paid in CASH unless otherwise specified. Some RE LashPros accept CASH ONLY. (If applicable)

  • No-shows or cancellations within 48 hours will result in full forfeiture of payment.

4. Late Policy

  • Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or forfeiting the session.

5. Guest Policy

  • Please have you model arrive when directed by your RE Instructor and/or 12:30 pm to start live session section of the course. (If applicable)
  • For the 2nd day please arrive with your model to conduct live session training

6. More General Services

  • All training deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Full payment is required before the training date.
  • Cancellations for training sessions must be made at least 7 days in advance. Late cancellations will forfeit the deposit.
  • Students are expected to arrive on time. Late arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in rescheduling or forfeiting the session.
  • Training materials and certification will be provided upon completion of the course.
