Experience:

  • Esthetician/Cosmetology or Lash Extensions: Less than one year of professional experience or none required.
  • Personal Assistance Experience: Demonstrated experience in personal or executive assistant roles, including managing schedules, handling correspondence, and supporting high-level executives.
  • Customer Service: Proven experience in customer service, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional support.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confidentiality: Experience maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Passion for the Industry: Enthusiasm for the beauty industry and a commitment to providing outstanding support.

Executive Assistance Experience:

  • Proven experience in providing high-level executive support, including managing complex schedules, arranging meetings, and coordinating travel.

Customer Service Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering exceptional support.

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and reports with precision.
  • Professional interaction with the CEO, clients, team members, and external stakeholders.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to managing challenges and finding solutions.

Organizational Skills:

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently, including scheduling and project management.

Attention to Detail:

  • High level of accuracy in handling documentation, scheduling, and communication.

Confidentiality and Discretion:

  • Must maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and business practices related to the CEO and company.

Adaptability:

  • Ability to quickly adapt to changing environments, processes, and priorities.
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Event Coordination:

  • Experience in organizing and coordinating events, meetings, and conferences.

Technology Proficiency:

  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) and basic understanding of office equipment.

Relationship Management:

  • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Travel Coordination:

  • Experience in arranging and managing complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.

Project Support:

  • Ability to assist with special projects and tasks as directed by the CEO.Contractual Conflicts:
  • Cannot be under contract with any other companies or brands that may present a conflict of interest while employed with Rapture Lashes, Extensions, and/or Rapture Enterprise.

Exclusivity Agreement:

  • Must commit to supporting the Rapture Extensions brand and avoid endorsing or associating with competing products or services.

Conflict of Interest:

  • Must avoid any activities or associations that could be perceived as a conflict of interest with the Rapture brand.

Confidentiality:

  • Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and business practices related to Rapture Lashes, Extensions, and Rapture Enterprise.

Adherence to Brand Guidelines:

  • Must follow specific brand guidelines and policies set by Rapture to ensure consistent and aligned business practices.
