Customer Service Representative

Experience:

  • Esthetician/Cosmetology or Lash Extensions: Less than one year of professional experience or none required.
  • Customer Service: Demonstrated experience in customer service roles, including handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering exceptional support.
  • Social Media Management (Optional): Basic familiarity with social media platforms is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Additional Skills:

Strong verbal and written communication.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to providing top-notch customer care.

Contractual Conflicts:

  • Cannot be under contract with any other lash brand(s) or similar competitors while employed with Rapture Lashes, Extensions, and/or Rapture Enterprise.

Exclusivity Agreement:

  • Must commit to supporting the Rapture Extensions brand and refrain from endorsing competing products or services.

Conflict of Interest:

  • Must avoid activities or associations that could be perceived as a conflict of interest with the Rapture brand.

Confidentiality:

  • Must maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information and business practices related to Rapture Lashes, Extensions, and Rapture Enterprise.

Adherence to Brand Guidelines:

  • Must follow specific brand guidelines and policies set by Rapture to ensure consistent and aligned brand messaging.
